Sanitized and generalized, these flowcharts reflect participation across five years in with one single CLEC. Created entirely by Robin Basham, and now reduced to basic flow charts and their releationships, this awareness of process evolved through working with an evolving world class organization. The people who contributed as teams to create these models span decades in engineering and operations. Although samples and not actual process, they demonstrate Telecommunications process. We acknowledge all of the employees of CTC and INS (International Network Services) who during 1997 to 2002 collaborated in the design of over one hundred IT Enterprise Networking and Telecommunications processes. The flowcharts here are a reminder of the power of process when it is authentic and a part of real teams. Although under new leadership, CTC remains a leader in COLO and Telecom Services.
